PandaDoc is a broad document-automation platform for proposals, quotes and payments with CRM integrations. DocuBunny is narrower on purpose: contract templates, e-signature with an audit trail, reminders and an AI assistant, with a simpler price structure. Here is how to choose.

Which one fits depends on what you send and how you work. Both are reasonable choices for the right team.

PandaDoc details are based on publicly reported list prices and vendor information as of October 2026, and plans change often. Check PandaDoc’s own pricing page for current terms. PandaDoc is a trademark of its owner and DocuBunny is not affiliated with it.
If proposals and payments are part of your process, PandaDoc’s extra cost buys features DocuBunny does not have. If you only need contracts signed, you may be paying for a lot you will not use.

If you mainly send service agreements, NDAs and statements of work, DocuBunny covers that with a free tier and a flat per-user price. If your sales process centres on proposals, price quotes and online payments inside your CRM, PandaDoc's wider feature set may suit you better.
DocuBunny does not currently advertise a catalogue of CRM connectors. It supports Microsoft sign-in, and Business plans can send contract email from their own Microsoft 365 mailbox and save signed PDFs to SharePoint.
