Prices as of October 2026. A “contract” counts once toward your monthly allowance when you create it, however many people sign it. Allowances reset at the start of each calendar month (UTC).
The things other tools charge extra for are part of the price here.
Every signature records who signed, when, from where and which version, and the signing page works on any device.
Summaries, risk flags, clause suggestions and plain-language Q&A on your contracts, with a daily allowance on every plan. No API key needed.
The people who sign never need an account, an app or a subscription. They open the link and sign.
Plans are flat monthly or yearly prices with a contract allowance included. No charge per signature on top.
Change or cancel your plan yourself in Settings. Yearly billing saves 25% and monthly stays flexible.

Per-user prices are only half the story. The allowance behind the price matters just as much.
Per-user plans with annual envelope allowances versus a flat plan with a monthly contract allowance.
Contract-focused versus a broader proposal, quote and payment platform.
A signing-only tool versus signing with templates and AI in the same plan.
What actually drives the cost of e-signature software, and how to keep it low.
DocuBunny has a Free plan at $0, an Individual plan at $20 a month ($15 a month, or $180 a year, when billed yearly), and a Business plan at $40 per member per month ($30 a month, or $360 a year per member, when billed yearly). Enterprise is custom-priced. Prices are in US dollars.
Yes. The Free plan costs nothing and does not expire. It includes 3 contracts a month, 1 template of your own plus the ready-made template library, a single recipient per contract, electronic signatures with an audit trail, and 10 AI Co-Pilot actions a day.
Each contract you create counts once toward the month's allowance, no matter how many people sign it. The allowance resets at the start of every calendar month (UTC). If you reach it, you can create new contracts after the reset or by upgrading, and contracts you have already sent keep working.
No. DocuBunny plans are flat monthly or yearly prices with a monthly contract allowance included. There are no per-envelope or per-signature fees on top, and the people who sign your contracts never pay anything or need an account.
Business is billed per team member, up to 10 members. Contract, template and AI allowances are per member, so a four-person team has four times the single-member allowance. You can add or remove members at any time and the seat count follows.
The AI Co-Pilot is included on every plan, with a daily allowance of AI actions that depends on the plan. You do not need an API key. Business and Enterprise organisations can optionally connect their own OpenAI, Azure OpenAI or OpenAI-compatible key if they want to control the AI provider and its cost themselves.
Yes, on Business and Enterprise. An organisation admin registers the company's own Microsoft Entra app in Settings. Contract emails then go out from the organisation's own mailbox, and signed PDFs can be saved automatically to the SharePoint library the organisation chooses.
Yes. You manage or cancel your plan yourself from Settings through the billing portal, with no sales call. You can switch between monthly and yearly billing; yearly billing saves 25%.
